We are thrilled to announce Virtual Earth Camp!
Connecting to Nature Together!
For Ages 5-12
EXTRA SESSION ADDED FOR AUGUST
2 Sessions: July 13-17 July 20-24
We had so much fun at EARTH CAMP, we want MORE! We would love to share it with those of you who didn’t get a chance to attend our last sessions, and for all of you who had so much fun with virtual EARTH CAMP already and want to come again!
Let’s Continue to THRIVE!
As the summer unfolds, we find ourselves having to adapt and adjust our usual endeavors. Our kids, however, continue to have the same needs for a summer filled with engaging exploration outdoors with their peers! Our Virtual Summer Camp will provide a daily schedule of exciting activities designed to bring out the wonder of nature in each of your children! The kids will all be sharing this experience together through morning zoom circles and virtual small group mentor times.
- Survival Challenges
- Wild foods and plant ID
- Bird Language
- Knife Certification
- Nature Sketching
- Awareness Skills
- Elder Storytime
- Making solar ovens

- Social Connection
- Cordage Making

- A Week of inspiration in Nature!
All Campers will need access to
- A Computer/Device that can connect to Zoom
- A Natural Area- A backyard, a natural park, anywhere with trees, sticks, plants, bugs, etc…
- A Knife if they choose to become “certified”-a buck knife is best but any pocketknife will do just fine too!
Parents will get an email the weekend before camp starts with instructions for the week’s crafts and activities. We will provide a suggested schedule for each day’s missions, which can be easily followed by the older kids or with help from a parent if they are younger, to help them navigate through their camp day. All campers require parental supervision when using knives (for the kids age 7+ who have permission from their parents).
